Is maida the same as all purpose flour?
Yes. Both names describe the same fine, white flour milled from the heart of the wheat grain. Ours is sold as Maida Premium.
Is our tandoori atta bleached?
Never. Its whiteness is natural, from careful milling and sifting. We add no bleaching agents.
How is rava different from sooji?
By granule size alone: sooji is the bolder cut, and rava the finer one. Our everyday rava and sooji are milled from common wheat at our Dhule flour mill, and our Kesri grades from durum wheat at Jalgaon.
